Every item passes through our verification hub before it reaches you. We inspect for accuracy, condition, and authenticity — so issues like wrong items, damage, or counterfeits are caught before dispatch.

Read moreStandard delivery within Accra takes 1–3 business days. Orders outside Accra are delivered within 3–5 business days. All deliveries are handled by our TurboTown logistics team with real-time tracking.
Read moreYou can cancel your order before it is picked up from the vendor. Once pickup has started, cancellation is no longer available — but you can initiate a return after delivery. To cancel, go to your order details and select Cancel Order.
