Payment troubleshooting

Failed payments, pending MoMo prompts and double charges.

I didn't get the Mobile Money prompt

  • Dial your network's approval shortcut to fetch pending requests (for example *170# on MTN, then Wallet → Approvals).
  • Make sure your wallet has enough balance, including any network fee.
  • Wait a moment and try the payment again — prompts can lag.

Money left my wallet but I have no order confirmation

Mobile Money confirmations can arrive a few minutes behind the debit. Your order usually confirms automatically once the network settles — check Account → Orders after a few minutes.

If there is still no order after 30 minutes, contact us with the transaction reference. You will never be charged twice for one order — duplicate or dangling charges are reversed automatically.

My card was declined

  • Check the card number, expiry date and CVV were entered correctly.
  • Confirm the 3D Secure one-time code from your bank if you were asked for one.
  • Some banks block online or e-commerce transactions by default — a quick call to your bank usually fixes this.
