How to track your order
Once your order is confirmed, you can track it from your account:
- Log in to your Townsquare account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order you want to track
- View real-time status and updates
Order stages
Every Townsquare order goes through these stages:
- Order Confirmed — We have received your order and payment
- Pickup in Progress — Our logistics team is collecting your item from the vendor
- Quality Check — Your item is at our hub being verified for quality, accuracy, and condition
- Out for Delivery — Your order is on its way to you
- Delivered — Your order has been delivered successfully
You will receive notifications at each stage via email and on-site updates.
