How to track your order

Follow your parcel from the seller all the way to your door.

Every order you place on Townsquar can be followed step by step. As soon as your order is confirmed, we email you a confirmation with your order number, and each parcel is assigned a TSQ tracking number once it is packed at our hub.

Where to find your tracking

  1. Sign in and go to Account → Orders.
  2. Open the order you want to follow — the current status and history are shown at the top.
  3. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your order confirmation email instead.

What each status means

  • Order placed — we have received your order and payment, and the seller is preparing your item.
  • Picked up from seller — a Townsquar courier has collected your item from the seller.
  • At our hub — your item has arrived at a Townsquar hub and is queued for quality checks.
  • Quality check passed — we have verified your item against your order and packed it in Townsquar packaging.
  • Out for delivery — your parcel is with a delivery rider and on its way to your address.
  • Delivered — your parcel has been handed over. Enjoy!

Express orders travel directly from the seller to you for speed, so they skip the hub statuses — you will see them move straight from pickup to out for delivery.

If you ordered from more than one seller, each parcel is tracked separately and may arrive at a different time.
