You can cancel an order at no cost while it is still with the seller — that is, before a Townsquar courier has picked it up.
How to cancel
- Go to Account → Orders.
- Open the order and choose Cancel order.
- Confirm the cancellation — your refund is issued automatically to the payment method you used.
A few things to know
- Orders that contain items from more than one seller are split into separate parcels — each parcel is cancelled on its own.
- Once a parcel has been picked up or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it after it arrives instead — see our returns guide.
- Cancellation refunds go back to the original payment method. Mobile Money refunds typically arrive within 1–3 working days; card refunds can take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
