How to cancel an order

Cancel free of charge any time before your order is picked up from the seller.

You can cancel an order at no cost while it is still with the seller — that is, before a Townsquar courier has picked it up.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Account → Orders.
  2. Open the order and choose Cancel order.
  3. Confirm the cancellation — your refund is issued automatically to the payment method you used.

A few things to know

  • Orders that contain items from more than one seller are split into separate parcels — each parcel is cancelled on its own.
  • Once a parcel has been picked up or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it after it arrives instead — see our returns guide.
  • Cancellation refunds go back to the original payment method. Mobile Money refunds typically arrive within 1–3 working days; card refunds can take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
