How we check every order before delivery

Every Standard order is inspected at a Townsquar hub before it heads your way.

Shopping online in Ghana should not be a gamble. That is why no Standard order goes straight from a seller to your door — every item first passes through a Townsquar hub, where our team checks it before it is dispatched to you.

What we check

  • The right item — brand, style, size and colour are matched against what you ordered.
  • Condition — the item must match its listing: new items must be new and undamaged, with photos taken on record.
  • Completeness — everything that belongs with the item (tags, accessories, packaging) is present.

What happens if an item fails the check

If an item is wrong, damaged or does not match its listing, it never leaves the hub. We stop the dispatch, contact you, and refund you in full — you do not have to argue your case after the fact, because we caught it before it reached you.

Items that pass verification are packed in Townsquar packaging with a TSQ tracking label, so what arrives at your door is consistent, protected and easy to trace.

Express orders are delivered directly from the seller for same-day speed, so they skip the hub stop — but they are covered by exactly the same return and refund protections.
