Standard delivery
Standard delivery arrives in 1–3 days, depending on where you are in Ghana. Every Standard order is routed through a Townsquar hub, where it is quality-checked and packed before dispatch.
Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate based on your delivery zone. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Express delivery
Express is same-day delivery, available in eligible areas. Express parcels travel directly from the seller to you, so they skip the hub stop for speed while keeping the same return protections.
Express pricing is based on distance and demand, and eligibility depends on your delivery address and the seller's location. If Express is available for your order, you will see it with its price at checkout.
Good to know
- Delivery fees are always shown before payment — no surprises at the door.
- If your order contains items from more than one seller, each seller's parcel is delivered separately and may have its own fee, shown at checkout.
- Our rider will call you when they are close, so keep your phone reachable on delivery day.
