How delivery works
Townsquare operates a managed delivery model. Unlike other marketplaces, every item passes through our verification hub before it reaches you. This means we personally check every order for quality, accuracy, and condition — so you always get exactly what you ordered.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver within the Greater Accra Region. We are expanding to Kumasi, Takoradi, and other major cities soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your area.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from the time your order is confirmed. This includes time for vendor pickup, hub verification, and last-mile delivery to your address.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays and sale events.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We keep fees as low as possible and will always show the total cost before you pay.
What is hub verification?
Every item is inspected at our hub before dispatch. We check that the item matches your order (correct size, colour, and style), is in perfect condition, and is authentic. If anything is wrong, we catch it before it reaches you — not after.
