If you miss a delivery
Our rider will call you when they arrive. If we cannot reach you, we will try to rearrange the delivery — you will be contacted to agree a new attempt. Your parcel stays safe with us in the meantime.
If your order is late
- Check the live status in Account → Orders first — most delays show up there, and parcels often arrive later the same day.
- If your order has passed its estimated delivery window and the status has not moved, contact us with your order number.

If a parcel arrives damaged
Don't worry — report it within 14 days with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. See our guide to reporting a problem with your order.
