Missed, late or failed deliveries

What happens if we can't reach you, and what to do when a parcel is late.

If you miss a delivery

Our rider will call you when they arrive. If we cannot reach you, we will try to rearrange the delivery — you will be contacted to agree a new attempt. Your parcel stays safe with us in the meantime.

If your order is late

  1. Check the live status in Account → Orders first — most delays show up there, and parcels often arrive later the same day.
  2. If your order has passed its estimated delivery window and the status has not moved, contact us with your order number.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Don't worry — report it within 14 days with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. See our guide to reporting a problem with your order.
