Every item passes through our verification hub before it reaches you. We inspect for accuracy, condition, and authenticity — so issues like wrong items, damage, or counterfeits are caught before dispatch.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive tracking updates via email at every stage — from vendor pickup to hub verification to last-mile delivery. You can also check your order status in your account.

We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and bank transfers — all processed securely through Paystack.

You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. TurboTown collects the item from your location, we inspect it at our hub, and approved refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.
