How to return an item

Changed your mind? Item not right? Here's how returns work.

Your return windows

  • Changed your mind: you have 3 days from delivery to return an item you no longer want. It must be unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Faulty or not as described: you have 14 days from delivery. Add clear photos of the problem when you open the return — they help us resolve it quickly.

How to start a return

  1. Go to Account → Orders and open the order.
  2. Choose Request a return, select the item and the reason, and add photos if the item is faulty.
  3. We will confirm the request and arrange collection or a drop-off — you will get instructions by email.
  4. Once the item is back with us and inspected, your refund is released to your original payment method.

Items we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, some items can only be returned if they are faulty: underwear, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, pierced jewellery such as earrings, and opened cosmetics or grooming products.

Remember: every Standard order is checked at our hub before dispatch, so the wrong-item and damaged-item cases returns usually exist for are mostly caught before your parcel ever ships.
