All refunds are issued in Ghana Cedis to the payment method you used at checkout — we cannot redirect a refund to a different wallet, card or account.
Typical timelines
- Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money): usually within 1–3 working days of the refund being approved.
- Debit / credit cards: usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
When the clock starts
- Cancellations (before pickup): the refund is issued automatically as soon as you cancel.
- Returns: the refund is released once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Failed quality checks: if your item fails verification at our hub, we refund you straight away — you don't need to do anything.
We email you at each step so you always know where your money is. If a refund seems stuck beyond these timelines, contact customerservice@townsquar.com with your order number.
