Report a problem with your order

Wrong, damaged or missing item? We'll make it right.

Every Standard order is verified at our hub before dispatch, so problems are rare — but if something does slip through, we will fix it. You are always covered by our refund policy.

What to do

  1. Report the problem within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Open the order in Account → Orders and start a return or report, choosing the reason that fits (wrong item, damaged, missing, not as described).
  3. Attach clear photos — of the item, the label and the packaging. Photos are required for faulty-item claims and speed everything up.
  4. Our support team reviews the report and arranges a refund or replacement. If anything is disputed, our resolutions team steps in and makes the final call.
