Every Standard order is verified at our hub before dispatch, so problems are rare — but if something does slip through, we will fix it. You are always covered by our refund policy.
What to do
- Report the problem within 14 days of delivery.
- Open the order in Account → Orders and start a return or report, choosing the reason that fits (wrong item, damaged, missing, not as described).
- Attach clear photos — of the item, the label and the packaging. Photos are required for faulty-item claims and speed everything up.
- Our support team reviews the report and arranges a refund or replacement. If anything is disputed, our resolutions team steps in and makes the final call.
