Townsquar is built so that trust is the default, not a risk you take:
- Vetted sellers — every seller is reviewed and approved before they can list a single product.
- Checked items — Standard orders are physically verified at our hub before dispatch.
- Protected payments — payments are processed by Paystack, and sellers are only paid after your order is delivered.
- Real reviews — only customers who actually received an item can review it.
Spotting genuine Townsquar messages
- Our emails come from addresses ending in @townsquar.com.
- We will never ask for your password, Mobile Money PIN or a one-time code — not by phone, email or text.
- Payment always happens inside the Townsquar checkout — no one from Townsquar will ask you to send money to a personal number.
If something feels off, forward it to customerservice@townsquar.com and we will confirm whether it is really us.
