Creating an account

Sign up with your email address, or continue with Google or Apple — whichever you prefer. An account lets you track orders, save delivery addresses, keep a wishlist and request returns in a couple of taps.

You can also check out as a guest without an account — we will send order updates to the email address you provide.

Passwords and sign-in

  • Change your password any time from your account settings.
  • Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a secure reset link.
  • If you signed up with Google or Apple, you sign in the same way — there is no separate Townsquar password unless you set one.

Your details and your data

  • Keep your phone number current — our riders use it to reach you on delivery day.
  • Saved addresses make checkout faster; edit them any time.
  • You can delete your account from your account settings. Your personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
