I received the wrong item
This is extremely rare because every order goes through our hub verification. If it does happen, contact us immediately and we will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
My item arrived damaged
If your item was damaged during delivery, please take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
My order is late
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your order status in your account first. If the status shows it should have been delivered, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
I want to cancel my order
You can cancel your order before it has been picked up from the vendor. Once pickup has started, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the item after delivery under our return policy.
