Return window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
What can be returned
- Clothing, shoes, and accessories in original condition
- Items that do not match the product description
- Damaged or defective items
What cannot be returned
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 7-day window
How to start a return
- Go to My Orders in your account
- Select the order and item you want to return
- Choose your reason for returning
- Our team will arrange a pickup from your address
You do not need to ship anything yourself. We handle return logistics just like delivery — our team picks it up from you.
