Update your profile
Go to your account settings to update your name, email, phone number, and password. Changes take effect immediately.
Manage delivery addresses
You can save multiple delivery addresses and set a default. Go to My Addresses in your account to add, edit, or remove addresses. Having your address saved makes checkout faster.
Reset your password
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a link to set a new password. The link expires after 24 hours.
Delete your account
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team. We will process your request and permanently delete your data. Please note that any open orders must be completed before account deletion.
