Unlike other marketplaces where vendors ship directly to you, every Townsquare order passes through our verification hub. Our team physically inspects each item to confirm it matches your order — right product, right size, right colour, and in perfect condition.
What we check
- Accuracy — Does the item match the listing (SKU, colour, size, style)?
- Condition — Is the item free of damage, stains, or defects?
- Authenticity — Is the item genuine and not counterfeit?
- Completeness — Are all parts of the order present?
If something fails verification
If an item fails our quality check, we do not send it to you. Instead, we return it to the vendor and either source the correct item or issue you a full refund. You are never left with a product that does not meet our standards.
Secure payments
Your payment is held securely until your order is delivered and confirmed. Vendors are only paid after you receive your order, giving you an additional layer of protection.
