The sizes shown on a product page are the seller's actual stock — if a size isn't listed, it isn't available for that item.
Getting the fit right
- Brands size differently — always check the product description for fit notes (for example "runs small" or "oversized fit").
- Know your measurements (chest, waist, hips, inside leg) and compare them with the brand's size chart when one is provided.
- Between two sizes? For most clothing we recommend sizing up.
- For shoes, check whether the listing uses EU, UK or US sizing — the size option label tells you.
If it doesn't fit
No stress: you have 3 days from delivery to return an item that doesn't fit, as long as it's unused and in its original condition with tags. See our returns guide for the steps.
